January Bird count survey - This is a 5 minute bird count in the Pouiatoa, it will take a full day per line, and there are 4 lines to be done, each one walked twice. A training day before the survey. Fitness level - high People needed - up to 5 Middle January Track upgrade Track clearing in Purangi for the annual guided walk. Help the team clear view shafts, and develop the track for the day/evening walk to experience the bush and kiwi listen. The Rural team from National Bank will be helping.
